A 3D spherical symmetry semi-lagrangian VLASOV-Poisson solver.
This hybrid code (openMP / MPI) is mainly based on the work of Fujiwara (1983) for the solver and Crouseilles et al. (2009) for the MPI parallelization. Even if you are not interested in astrophysics / plasma application, you may be interested in the MPI distributed 3D spline interpolation implementation !
