Version 3.0.1 of code Pégase

• All files, except Python ones, in a compressed tar file. (Compressed: 49 MB. Uncompressed: 172 MB.)
• First steps with Pégase.3.0.1 (instructions for extracting, compiling and testing the code).

  Note about the plot_* executables. The compilation of these files with the make command fails
  if the PGPLOT library is not installed or not linked correctly. However, the other executables (SSPs,
  spectra, calib and colors) have been produced earlier in the compilation process and should still work.
  In particular, the outputs of spectra may be read and plotted with the Python files provided below.
