Programme Xiplot (sous IDL) :

Xiplot permet de visualiser les spectres FUSE calibrés (Fichier Fits) ou les fichiers ASCII. Quelques calculs simples peuvent être effectués sur les données (décalage de longueurs d'onde, rééchantillonnage, division par un continuum...).

Xiplot permet aussi d'effectuer de façon conviviale les additions d'expositions après correction des décalages en longueur d'onde.

Notez que Xiplot utilise la librairie IDL 'Astron.'. Elle peut être obtenue sur la toile à l'adresse: http://idlastro.gsfc.nasa.gov/homepage.html.

Xiplot plots flux versus wavelength from a FUSE calibrated spectrum (Fits file) or ASCII file. Some simple modification to the inputs can be performed (wavelength shift, rebin, division by a continuum...).

Xiplot can also be used to friendly shift & add FUSE exposures.

Note that Xiplot require the installation of the IDL Astron. Library from GSFC. It can be obtained on the following web site: http://idlastro.gsfc.nasa.gov/homepage.html.
